We have always gone out of our way at Nimbus to provide hands-on support to all of our customers. Now, thanks to the latest developments in web collaboration technology, our web development experts can work alongside you on your own computer – without ever leaving the office!

How? A new generation of secure web collaboration tools enables us to share your desktop and guide you step by step through any process you’re unsure of. It’s literally like having one of our team working with you side by side – except you won’t need to find an extra chair or offer them a cup of tea!

The software Nimbus is using requires no installation or training – being purely web-based. It is also highly secure (currently in use by major banking institutions) and allows users to select whether they simply want Nimbus to show the way with a highlighted cursor on their desktops – or allow full access to enter data or change the settings on their systems.
